Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Fi Khatri you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You may only create wishlists for yourself, or on behalf of someone who has given you permission to represent them (for example, a partner planning a shared wedding registry or a parent creating a wishlist for their child). You are responsible for making sure you have that permission before publishing a wishlist that names another person, family, business, or organization.

Creating fake wishlists, or impersonating another individual, family, business, or organization, is strictly prohibited. This includes pretending to be a public figure, celebrity, or brand, or setting up a wishlist to mislead others about who will receive the gifts.

You may not use Fi Khatri for fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or illegal activity. This includes attempts to solicit money under false pretenses, list items you do not intend to receive as gifts, or use the service to violate applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for everything that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date so we can reach you if we need to.

You are responsible for all content you publish on Fi Khatri — including wishlist titles, event details, messages, gift links, and any images you upload. You confirm you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

Fi Khatri reserves the right to suspend, disable, unpublish, or remove any account or wishlist that we believe violates these Terms, threatens the safety of the community, or is subject to a valid legal request. Where appropriate we may investigate abuse reports and cooperate with legal authorities as required.

Wishlists include links to third-party stores. Fi Khatri does not sell any of the linked products and is not responsible for their pricing, availability, quality, delivery, or any related transaction. Product information such as price and image may be imported for convenience and can become outdated.

The Fi Khatri name, logo, design, and software are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you add to your wishlists and grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it.

• Attempting to breach security, scrape data, or overload the service.
• Using the service for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe threaten the safety or integrity of the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fi Khatri is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update or discontinue features from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
